Our promise

Join the membership, run your Outbound Inspection, and use everything inside for 30 days. If it is not worth it to you, tell us and we will refund your first payment in full. No questions asked.

How it works

1. 1. Join

   You are charged when you sign up. Your Outbound Inspection call gets booked, and you get full access to the resource hub, workflows, and community right away.

2. 2. Use it for 30 days

   Run the inspection, get your roadmap, and make the one move it points to. Use the resource hub, the workflows, and the community during that window.

3. 3. Decide

   If you are not satisfied within 30 days of your first payment, email us. We refund your first payment in full.

Requesting a refund

Email elric@outbound.kitchen within 30 calendar days of your first payment. Refunds go back to your original payment method and typically show up in 5 to 10 business days. Your membership is cancelled at the same time.

• Your Outbound Inspection and roadmap are yours to keep either way.

Policy details

• For new members, once per person. It does not apply to a reactivated subscription.
• The 30-day window starts on your first payment.
• Requests made after 30 days do not qualify for a refund under this guarantee. You can still cancel anytime under normal terms.
• If a renewal payment lands before your refund is processed, both payments are refunded.
